As a mobile service our van is fully equipped with all the materials and tools needed, we are able to perform the repair at your home or workplace saving you the inconvenience of taking your car to a traditional body shop. All we ask is that you have a suitable area for the job to be performed, unfortunately due to paint fumes being hazardous and paint overspray we cannot do paint repairs in underground carparks, on public roads or in high foot traffic areas, a bit of space around the vehicle is also required which means it cannot be parked in between other vehicles, direct access to a power point within a reasonable distance to the repair area will also be needed. Although area required will depend mostly on the size of job being performed, ideally a driveway/carport/garage is always a preferred repair area.

Please take particular note of the requirements for photos – When doing paint repairs the entire panel the damage is on is usually going to be repainted so a close-up photo of a scratch is typically not something we can quote from, photos taken from around 2-3 meters away is usually ideal, but if you feel the damage is not going to be seen in a photo from that distance then it may be best to provide both a close up as well as one from a further distance away.
Mobile repair is ideal for those small to medium size accidents that typically feel not worth the hassle of taking your car to a body shop. Using SMART (small-medium accident repair technology) techniques we are able to repair your car quicker while still using high quality products as well as the convenience of having it done at your home or workplace.
What is SMART repair? Traditional repairs require the complete removal of panels, interior and exterior trims to complete the repair process, with SMART repair we look to identify ways to save time by leaving the panels, trims etc. on, these are masked off during the painting process which can save a lot of time in the repair process and in some cases the requirement to replace trims and clips that have to be broken to be removed.
While mobile is a convenient and cheaper way to have your car repaired, every car and repair can be different, and SMART repair cannot always be used, also in some cases a high-quality result may not be achievable, if this is the case we will recommend taking your vehicle to a body shop for a more traditional repair.

With onboard EFTPOS we are able to accept both cash and Debit, MasterCard and Visa card payments.
This will depend on extent of damage and amount of repairs being done, typically brush touch repairs are usually completed within an hour, whereas scratch and dent repairs can take anywhere from 2 hours to a full day to complete
Dents, Scratches, Minor accident repairs, Alloy wheel repairs, Bumper bar repairs, Cut & polish and more, small to medium size jobs we handle them all. Although we can repair most areas on a car, unfortunately as a mobile service we are unable to do paint repairs on vehicle roofs and bonnets as these areas do need to be done in a specialised spray booth.
Typically most repairs can be done for under the cost of your insurance excess making us an ideal solution for those not so big jobs.
